Swiss-South African Venture Leaders program boosts the entrepreneurial knowledge and exposure of ambitious Swiss and South African Sciencepreneurs and strengthens industrial cooperation between the two countries.
The five-day business development program brings ten Swiss science entrepreneurs to South Africa’s innovation hotspots. In parallel, South African entrepreneurs receive a three-day Advanced Entrepreneurship workshop. On the return visit, the top ten South African and ten Swiss sciencepreneurs enjoy a five-day entrepreneurship program in Switzerland together. The program’s blend of startup visits and workshops on intellectual property, marketing and startup financing is sponsored by the Swiss-South Africa Joint Research Program (SSAJRP).
